CLICK HERE FOR A FREE WORKOUT! www.turbulencetraining.com We are going to pick up Workout B KBs with the 1- arm KB Swing and 1-arm KB Snatch. Perform this for 15 repetitions on each side. Begin standing with your legs shoulder width apart. Hold the KB in one hand. Lean forward at your waist and slightly bend your knees. Keep your back arched and head facing forward. Let your arm hang loosely and swing the weight in between the legs towards the back of you while exhaling. Swing the KB forward using a power thrusts from the hip, tighten your gullets, thigh, and lower back muscles, as you snap your hips forward. For 1-Handed KB Snatch, you will hold the KB in one hand with your feet shoulder width apart. Squat and swing the weight between your legs using your hips as the driving force. Hold tightly to the KB as you swing your arm punching the KB up ending the swing with your arm up above your head. Let the KB fall back into the starting position. Seek good quality instructions before you perform a snatch. Until you have proper form, I would suggest performing a 1-Handed KB Swing. The next group of exercise you will perform 3 supersets that include a Dumbbell Low Incline Press for 8 repetitions paired with Supported Chest Rows. Complete 12 repetitions with a lower weight. Followed by 1 crash set or drop set reducing the weight 50% for each exercise. To execute the Dumbbell Low Incline Press, lay down on a bench at 45-60 degrees incline. Hold the dumbbells above your chest …
